Joe El Rady is a financing, credit market, leveraged buyout and mergers and acquisitions expert, with significant capital raising, financial restructuring, special situations, and corporate reorganization experience.
Mr. El Rady began his finance career with Houlihan Lokey, Wall Street’s preeminent financial restructuring firm, where he focused on private placements of debt and equity securities in connection with restructurings, refinancings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth capital and acquisitions.
After Houlihan, Mr. El Rady served as Principal with Frontier Group, managing their Asian Private Equity Fund in Hong Kong. Later Mr. El Rady headed the Capital Markets Group at Rosano Partners in Los Angeles.
Mr. El Rady is a frequent writer, blogger, lecturer and speaker on financial and economic issues. He teaches finance at UCLA Extension.
Mr. El Rady holds an undergraduate degree with honors from Stanford University and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School.
